Soundbase is located in the upbeat Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre. Our newly refurbished and high tech Megastore is the UK's premier DJ, Studio and Live Sound equipment retailer.
From bedroom to professional we supply the latest in Digital DJ gear, DVS, USB midi controllers, Keyboards, Synths, Sound cards, CD Decks, Mixers, Turntables, Microphones, Headphones, Amps, Speakers, Music Production Software, Studio Monitors, Studio Desks, Outboard processing and Disco & Architectural lighting.
Through our sister company, Soundbase Solutions, we have all your Equipment Hire and Service & Repair needs covered; with a service & repair department catering for all manufacturers of electronic equipment, including PC/Mac desktop and laptop repairs.
Our expert staff are working professionals in the fields of DJing, audio engineering & music production, with a wealth of experience in consultancy, installations and equipment repair. We provide consulting services to nightclubs, restaurants, shops and bars. Along with Houses of Worship, Churches, and Educational establishments.

Delivery Times
UK - Delivery will normally be within 1-5 working days. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email within 48 hours of placing your order. If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order and you can decide whether you wish to wait for the item or to have a full refund. If a refund is required, this will be issued within 14 days.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands - Delivery will normally be within 3-5 working days. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email within 48 hours of placing your order. If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order and you can decide whether you wish to wait for the item or to have a full refund. If a refund is required, this will be issued within 14 days.

Returns Policy
You can buy in confidence from Soundbase Megastore. If you find the product you have bought is not suitable for you, or you are simply unhappy with it, you can exchange it within 7 days, or receive a store credit as long as the goods are un-opened, un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories. We will exchange the item, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you.
Software, and recorded music cannot be returned. For hygiene purposes headphones and microphones are excluded from our exchange policy.
If an item is faulty, it can be returned within 28 days for a replacement, after the 28 day period, the item is covered under the manufacturers 12 month warranty and sent for repair.
Faulty Goods
Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 7 working days of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after this time. Goods found to be faulty from new by our technical department can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify Soundbase Megastore within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will arrange collection of the faulty goods through our Courier.
The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items.
Any goods which develop a fault within the 12 month warranty period can be returned to us for repair/replacement. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods requiring repair, although Soundbase Megastore will cover the return postage for such items.
Soundbase Recycle Scheme
We work daily to reduce our carbon footprint by the use of ethical couriers and bulk mail. All packaging used to send your goods is made from recycled material, minimising impact on the environment.
In addition, all waste produced through day-to-day activities is recycled in store and taken to the waste recycling depot each week.
We split waste into:

- metals and plastics
